Spectators: 6762 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1762, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hanafy Hamada started the match with the kick off. When Tawfeek Magdy came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Darajil fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tawfeek Magdy couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hanafy Hamada in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Faisal Ahmed saved Sifeita from getting behind. Raouf Aebeed recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 37th minute Hanafy Hamada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faisal Ahmed saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Sifeita's zone, Tawfeek Magdy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Faisal Ahmed came out of the goal and Tawfeek Magdy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yasser El-Yamani kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Sifeita's zone, Hanafy Hamada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Faisal Ahmed came out of the goal and Hanafy Hamada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Raouf Aebeed fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hassan Serag having to interfere. Hassan Serag made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sobhy Sabry in the 46th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sobhy Sabry to make the kick off. Faisal Ahmed showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hanafy Hamada in the 55th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Darajil's Hanafy Hamada slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Faisal Ahmed. That made the score 1-1 after 58 minutes of play. In the 60th minute, Tawfeek Magdy fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 61st minute of the match, Hanafy Hamada tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Faisal Ahmed saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hanafy Hamada in the 68th minute of play forced Sifeita's goalkeeper Faisal Ahmed to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fathy Hafez during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 69 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sifeita! The goalkeeper, Faisal Ahmed, was totally fooled by Darajil's Bahaa El-Sayed, who 71 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Hassan Serag showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sobhy Sabry, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. When Raouf Aebeed fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sifeita's protests and gave Raouf Aebeed a yellow card for diving instead. After 81 played minutes Sifeita got a freekick which was hit by Raouf Aebeed. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hanafy Hamada in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Faisal Ahmed prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Sobhy Sabry came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Sifeita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sobhy Sabry couldn't finish the play. If Hanafy Hamada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hassan Serag showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sobhy Sabry, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Ramzy Mubarak charged in rather forcefully in the 97th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ramzy Mubarak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After having played for 98 minutes, Sobhy Sabry managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sifeita's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sobhy Sabry was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Darajil's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
