Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Hanafy Mohab made the kick off and thus started the match. 8 minutes into the match, Siut's goal looked a bit too open when Hanafy Mohab came free, but Ahmed Thabit reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hanafy Mohab fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmed Thabit having to interfere. The supporters of gen booed when Siut was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yousif Walid didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ahmed Thabit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hanafy Mohab, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 13th match minute, gen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hassan Khaled to maneuver through the defense. Ahmed Thabit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hanafy Mohab in the 18th minute of play. Hanafy Mohab recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, gen's Mortada Ehab got a free kick in the 24th minute. Taher Nedal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hany Mowafak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Deyaa Taher in the 29th minute of the match. Siut's defense didn't have a chance, in the 39th minute, when Hanafy Mohab scored to the left of an out of position Ahmed Thabit, making the score, 1-0. When Hakeem Medhat came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the gen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hakeem Medhat couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Hafez Ramzy made the kick off in the second half. Hakeem Medhat struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Ahmed Thabit didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for gen. 62 minutes into the match, Siut's goal looked a bit too open when Hanafy Mohab came free, but Ahmed Thabit reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yousif Walid charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yousif Walid the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ahmed Thabit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hakeem Medhat, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Siut's Ahmed Thabit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hanafy Mohab in the 76th minute of play. Hanafy Mohab sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When gen's Hanafy Mohab in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Siut's goalie prevented a goal. Ahmed Thabit came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by gen's Hanafy Mohab. But to his dismay, Hanafy Mohab quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0.
