Spectators: 6946 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1946, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. When Zoro FC's Akram Zagloul in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Balankumah's goalie prevented a goal. Salem Fares kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Naguib Ezz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Akram Zagloul in the 15th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Akram Zagloul ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Naguib Ezz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Akram Zagloul fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Naguib Ezz having to interfere. In the 27th minute Deyab Maged shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naguib Ezz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Akram Zagloul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Naguib Ezz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Deyab Maged in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hossam Yassine in the 35th minute of play forced Balankumah's goalkeeper Naguib Ezz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Zoro FC's goalkeeper Abdel Masoud Lateef had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karam Aino. Abdel Masoud Lateef stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mortada Hosny's shot from short distance in the 44th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Deyab Maged made a kick off. In the 51st minute Deyab Maged shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naguib Ezz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karam Aino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Abdel Masoud Lateef tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Deyab Maged fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Naguib Ezz having to interfere. With a little luck, Balankumah's Naguib Ezz got control of the ball when Akram Zagloul tried to sneak it across the goal line. Akram Zagloul received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Naguib Ezz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Naguib Ezz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Deyab Maged, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Naguib Ezz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Akram Zagloul went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The supporters of Zoro FC booed when Balankumah was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salem Fares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Akram Zagloul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th match minute, Balankumah was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hamada Mahgoub to maneuver through the defense. Zoro FC's Deyab Maged got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Akram Zagloul might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Naguib Ezz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Akram Zagloul ran back to his position shaking his head. Akram Zagloul fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Naguib Ezz having to interfere. Abdel Masoud Lateef made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mortada Hosny in the 90th minute of play. When Hamada Mahgoub fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Balankumah's protests and gave Hamada Mahgoub a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Zoro FC booed when Balankumah was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamada Mahgoub didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Akram Zagloul came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Zoro FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Akram Zagloul couldn't finish the play. Zoro FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
