Deyab Maged blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mazen Basel having to make a save. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Ziyad Tawfeek in the 52nd minute of play forced Siut's goalkeeper Mazen Basel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Basyouny Thabit fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Siut's protests and gave Basyouny Thabit a yellow card for diving instead. After 52 played minutes Siut got a freekick which was hit by Basyouny Thabit. Zoro FC's Qasem Hisham shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 69th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Mazen Basel but with some difficulty. Akram Zagloul scored 0-2 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mazen Basel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Siut getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Rateb Shehta hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Hossam Yassine managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zoro FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hossam Yassine was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mazen Basel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 82 minutes into the match, Zoro FC's Deyab Maged sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mazen Basel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 86 minutes of play, Zoro FC's Akram Zagloul made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mazen Basel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mazen Basel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Deyab Maged's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. When the match was over Zoro FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Siut throughout the match.
