Dasuq
Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000,
Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Zaky Shady took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Hany Gaafar came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Dasuq fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hany Gaafar couldn't finish the play. In the 6th minute, Hany Gaafar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Hany Gaafar could shoot a difficult shot in the 8th minute, which Kareem Nizar however easily saved by the left post. 12 minutes into the game, Fares Shaker was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sayyalah's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dasuq the free kick. Fares Shaker hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Hany Gaafar struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Kareem Nizar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dasuq. In the 16thth minute of the game Zaky Shady who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dasuq's Rasheed Mowafak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 17th minute, Hanafy Moheb hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dasuq's Hany Gaafar got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Zaky Shady had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hany Gaafar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kareem Nizar having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, Sayyalah's goalkeeper Kareem Nizar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hany Gaafar. In the 31st match minute, Sayyalah was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maher Emad to maneuver through the defense. Dasuq's Hany Gaafar got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 35 minutes, Zaky Shady managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sayyalah's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zaky Shady was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 36 played minutes Dasuq got a freekick which was hit by Karam Shehab. When Sayyalah's Zaky Shady in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dasuq's goalie prevented a goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hany Gaafar to strike the kick off in the second half. Hany Gaafar's late challenge caught a Sayyalah's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hany Gaafar helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Sayyalah booed when Dasuq was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hany Gaafar didn't get a good kick on the ball. 56 minutes into the game, Zaky Shady recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rasheed Mowafak. Zaky Shady showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. The supporters of Sayyalah booed when Dasuq was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nasir Hakeem didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kareem Nizar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hany Gaafar in the 70th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hany Gaafar in the 74th minute of play forced Sayyalah's goalkeeper Kareem Nizar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hany Gaafar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hany Gaafar struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Kareem Nizar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dasuq. Kareem Nizar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hany Gaafar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th match minute, Dasuq was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hany Gaafar to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 85 minutes, Zaky Shady managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sayyalah's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zaky Shady was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kareem Nizar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nasir Hakeem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zaky Shady had several of the Dasuq's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 93 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-2 score and a disappointed Rasheed Mowafak as he didn't even see the shot coming. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Sayyalah walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
