Sayyalah's supporters rose to their feet, but Fares Shaker was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Monzer Qasem breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Yasser Sobhy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Kareem Nizar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zaky Shady sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Yasser Sobhy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fares Shaker kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 43rd minute, Yasser Sobhy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zaky Shady was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Nagy Zidan made a precise shot to the right of Kareem Nizar. Sayyalah's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shawky Abdou in the 79th minute of play forced Sayyalah's goalkeeper Kareem Nizar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yasser Sobhy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 82nd minute, Dayrut's Nagy Zidan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kareem Nizar. Kareem Nizar yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Belal Seif charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Belal Seif the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Dayrut's Belal Seif got a free kick in the 86th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 91 minutes, Kareem Nizar successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.
