Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hany Gaafar got the match started through his kick off. Barakat Hossam blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rasheed Mowafak having to make a save. Naguib Hisham's late challenge caught a Hurghada's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Naguib Hisham helped the player get up and apologised. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hany Gaafar in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fareed Ahmed prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Dasuq's Hany Gaafar in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hurghada's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Medhat Saleh during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 30th minute, Medhat Saleh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hany Gaafar in the 31st minute of play forced Hurghada's goalkeeper Fareed Ahmed to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barakat Hossam's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rasheed Mowafak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Dasuq's zone, Barakat Hossam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rasheed Mowafak came out of the goal and Barakat Hossam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 46th minute, Barakat Hossam ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rasheed Mowafak was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Barakat Hossam made a kick off. When Barakat Hossam fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hurghada's protests and gave Barakat Hossam a yellow card for diving instead. Barakat Hossam hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Barakat Hossam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hurghada's Barakat Hossam got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Dasuq's goalkeeper Rasheed Mowafak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dasuq's Rasheed Mowafak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barakat Hossam in the 75th minute of play. Rasheed Mowafak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barakat Hossam, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Hurghada's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
