With his leg Kareem Nizar managed to avoid a goal in the 9thth minute, when Ashmun's Hafez Abu Bakr fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Kareem Nizar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hafez Abu Bakr in the 11th minute. Emil Piesciuk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaky Shady, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Zaky Shady fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Piesciuk having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Shams Mahmoud notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Sayyalah's Kareem Nizar. Kareem Nizar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kareem Nizar was a little too slow when Shams Mahmoud got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 2-0. Ashmun's Fares Maher got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ashmun's Emil Piesciuk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaky Shady in the 35th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Fares Shaker managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sayyalah's supporters rose to their feet, but Fares Shaker was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emil Piesciuk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zaky Shady sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 44 minutes into the match, Sayyalah's goal looked a bit too open when Fares Maher came free, but Kareem Nizar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kareem Nizar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shams Mahmoud, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Emil Piesciuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaky Shady in the 46th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Kareem Nizar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shams Mahmoud, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 56 minutes into the match, Sayyalah's goal looked a bit too open when Shams Mahmoud came free, but Kareem Nizar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zaky Shady in the 58thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Emil Piesciuk, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Fares Shaker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Sayyalah booed when Ashmun was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zidan Sallam didn't get a good kick on the ball. 67 minutes into the game, Shams Mahmoud cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Kareem Nizar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 74th minute Shams Mahmoud shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kareem Nizar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zaky Shady fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Piesciuk having to interfere. Fares Shaker struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Emil Piesciuk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sayyalah. Ashmun's Emil Piesciuk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaky Shady in the 84th minute of play. Emil Piesciuk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zaky Shady went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. Zaky Shady received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Emil Piesciuk came out and tried to block the shot, but Zaky Shady slotted it home off the left post making it 4-3 in the 93rd minute. Sayyalah's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Ashmun had won, even though Sayyalah had held more of the ball.
