Spectators: 6878 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alvar Välk took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Ioa's Keijo Averin got a free kick in the 3rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Vase's zone, Bérenger Lecerf stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aivar Veermäe came out of the goal and Bérenger Lecerf tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Keijo Averin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Aivar Veermäe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alvar Välk hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. After 10 played minutes Vase got a freekick which was hit by Alvar Välk. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bilge Kağan Batüralp in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aivar Veermäe saved Vase from getting behind. Aivar Veermäe made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Åke Linqvist sent off a good shot on target. In the 15th minute Bilge Kağan Batüralp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aivar Veermäe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Ioa's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar Post came free, but Elmu Nuka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Ioa's Bérenger Lecerf slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aivar Veermäe. That made the score 1-0 after 18 minutes of play. After 21 played minutes Vase got a freekick which was hit by Kaljo Rääk. 25 minutes into the match, Vase's goalkeeper Aivar Veermäe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Keijo Averin. A collision led to Vase getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Imre Ruul hit a great ball. In the 29th minute, Bérenger Lecerf fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Bérenger Lecerf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aivar Veermäe having to interfere. After 34 played minutes Bérenger Lecerf rounded Vase's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Aivar Veermäe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Keijo Averin, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Aivar Veermäe came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Ioa's Åke Linqvist. But to his dismay, Åke Linqvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 46th minute, Åke Linqvist fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Åke Linqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Åke Linqvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Imre Ruul was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vase's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ioa the free kick. Imre Ruul hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Aivar Veermäe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Åke Linqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Keijo Averin in the 56th minute of play forced Vase's goalkeeper Aivar Veermäe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elmu Nuka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvar Välk in the 58th minute of play. Edgar Posts short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Elmu Nuka to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Aivar Veermäe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Keijo Averin in the 63rd minute of the match. Ioa's Bilge Kağan Batüralp got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edgar Post sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elmu Nuka made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Edgar Post sent off a good shot on target. Bilge Kağan Batüralp's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aivar Veermäe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Åke Linqvist in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aivar Veermäe saved Vase from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Keijo Averin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aivar Veermäe was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. In the 87th minute Bilge Kağan Batüralp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aivar Veermäe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Alvar Välk came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Vase fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvar Välk couldn't finish the play. Elmu Nuka made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edgar Post in the 88th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Edgar Post kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Elmu Nuka. That made the score 3-1 in the 88 minute of play. Aivar Veermäe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl Noorhani in the 93rd minute of play. Bilge Kağan Batüralp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vello Raig hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ioa had played much better football throughout.
