Spectators: 7465 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Priidik Viru made the kick off which started today's match. 7 minutes into the match, Priidik Viru notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Tapa Talgud's Ivo Lusik. Ivo Lusik was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 10th minute Rain Stroom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hans Nurmik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Janis Reiljan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Hans Nurmik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Kaspar Ojaste's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ivo Lusik was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Kaspar Ojaste recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kaspar Ojaste in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ivo Lusik prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mikk Ansip hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Hans Nurmik made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Janis Reiljan sent off a good shot on target. 38 minutes into the match, SK Khirmuste's goalkeeper Hans Nurmik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Janis Reiljan. An unexpectedly hard shot by Janis Reiljan in the 42nd minute of play forced SK Khirmuste's goalkeeper Hans Nurmik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Ivo Lusik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mikk Ansip, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After 55 minutes, Mikk Ansip mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SK Khirmuste and the Tapa Talgud players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 55th match minute, SK Khirmuste was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mikk Ansip to maneuver through the defense. When Tapa Talgud's Janis Reiljan in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. SK Khirmuste's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kaspar Ojaste was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ivo Lusik didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kaspar Ojaste went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Erni Ojamäe scored 2-2 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hans Nurmik, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 82 minutes into the match, Tapa Talgud's Rain Stroom sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hans Nurmik narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kaspar Ojaste fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivo Lusik having to interfere. With a little luck, Tapa Talgud's Ivo Lusik got control of the ball when Kaspar Ojaste tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 90 minutes, Kaspar Ojaste managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SK Khirmuste's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kaspar Ojaste was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in SK Khirmuste's zone, Janis Reiljan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hans Nurmik came out of the goal and Janis Reiljan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kaspar Ojaste sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
