Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Hummuli's Rando Allik in the 4th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Tõnn Hiir was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for As Roma through an amazing save. If Rando Allik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 8 minutes, Joosep Ling mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the As Roma and the Hummuli players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, As Roma's Joosep Ling got a free kick in the 8th minute. As Roma's Joosep Ling got his second yellow card of the match in the 16th minute. The referee ordered Joosep Ling off the ground. After a defensive mix-up in As Roma's zone, Rando Allik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tõnn Hiir came out of the goal and Rando Allik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rando Allik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Madis Veebel in the 21st minute of play forced Hummuli's goalkeeper Martti Tuul to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Madis Veebel scored 0-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Martti Tuul, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Madis Veebel struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Martti Tuul didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for As Roma. 32 minutes into the match, As Roma's goal looked a bit too open when Rando Allik came free, but Tõnn Hiir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armin Lokko's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Martti Tuul on his right side and into the goal. 72 minutes into the game it was 1-2. Ilmar Indus's late challenge caught a As Roma's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ilmar Indus helped the player get up and apologised. Ilmar Indus hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Martti Tuul acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 81st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Armin Lokko. Tõnn Hiir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rando Allik in the 83rd minute of play. Hummuli's Eimar Varm got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Rando Allik managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hummuli's supporters rose to their feet, but Rando Allik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tõnn Hiir breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 90 minutes into the match, As Roma's goal looked a bit too open when Ilmar Indus came free, but Tõnn Hiir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Madis Veebel came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the As Roma fans jumped to their feet.
