Lumada's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alan Väljaste was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Anti Olt struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Siim Kinkar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lumada. Siim Kinkar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Luiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After 25 minutes of play, Umbsaare's Alan Väljaste made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kuuno Hark was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gabriel Luiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Siim Kinkar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Umbsaare's zone, Gabriel Luiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Siim Kinkar came out of the goal and Gabriel Luiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anti Olt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Siim Kinkar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egon Noorhani in the 45th minute of play forced Lumada's goalkeeper Kuuno Hark to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Lumada's goal looked a bit too open when Alan Väljaste came free, but Kuuno Hark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Egon Noorhani stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Alan Väljaste shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kuuno Hark saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 60 minutes, Anti Olt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lumada's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anti Olt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sten Naaber kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Kuuno Hark made an important save on a dangerous shot by Egon Noorhani in the 70th minute. After 71 played minutes Lumada got a freekick which was hit by Agur Vahar. In the 74th minute Anti Olt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siim Kinkar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sten Naaber charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sten Naaber the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Umbsaare getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Rainer Ohaka hit a great ball. When Anti Olt came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Lumada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anti Olt couldn't finish the play. Rainer Ohaka kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Alan Väljaste fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kuuno Hark having to interfere. A collision led to Lumada getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Konrad Lubi hit a great ball. Agu Kroon took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kuuno Hark. Lumada's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The Umbsaare players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
