Spectators: 7194 (Terracing: 5644, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 50) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Juss Koba kicked off to start the match. If Juss Koba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Salajoe getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Arno Avaja hit a great ball. In the 18th minute, Viljar Liivamägi fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 21st minute, one of Salajoe:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Salajoe. The goalkeeper, Ernst Lehto, was totally fooled by Fc Pärnu Lõvid's Jüri Tsirel, who 22 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Rando Mure fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ago Mäetamm having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Taimo Köök in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ago Mäetamm saved Fc Pärnu Lõvid from getting behind. Ago Mäetamm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Taimo Köök, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Arno Avaja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juss Koba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Ago Mäetamm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Viljar Liivamägi was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Salajoe's goal looked a bit too open when Viljar Liivamägi came free, but Ernst Lehto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ernst Lehto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaijo Vernik, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Viljar Liivamägi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Ernst Lehto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kevin Aver's late challenge caught a Salajoe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kevin Aver helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Salajoe booed when Fc Pärnu Lõvid was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kevin Aver didn't get a good kick on the ball. Viljar Liivamägi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Taimo Köök received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Ago Mäetamm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ernst Lehto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaijo Vernik in the 91st minute of the match. The Fc Pärnu Lõvid support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
