Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, Fc Rossem's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Meesters came free, but Matias Colebrants reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Fc Rossem's Yannik Van der Meiren got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 6th minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Colebrants saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 10 played minutes Fc Rossem got a freekick which was hit by Lou Cromefeldt. Matias Colebrants made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 13th minute of play. After 16 played minutes Fc Rossem got a freekick which was hit by Yannik Van der Meiren. Matias Colebrants made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 16th minute of play. Felix Vereect charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felix Vereect the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 21st minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Matias Colebrants was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Wim Wilmes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gustaaf Groeneveldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Matias Colebrants tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 28 minutes of play, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matias Colebrants was left in no man's land by his defense there! Matias Colebrants took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lou Cromefeldt in the 36th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matias Colebrants showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wim Wilmes, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Fc Rossem's Matias Colebrants played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 42nd minute of play. Matias Colebrants showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Sijmen Clous recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Sijmen Clous managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but Sijmen Clous was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matias Colebrants breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lou Cromefeldt made a kick off. Gustaaf Groeneveldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Matias Colebrants tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Matias Colebrants made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sijmen Clous in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th minute of the match Netherlands got a corner. Fc Rossem's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran over to the corner to take the kick. 70 minutes into the match, Fc Rossem's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Matias Colebrants reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free with Matias Colebrants in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice moves Gustaaf Groeneveldt could shoot a difficult shot in the 74th minute, which Matias Colebrants however easily saved by the left post. Yannik Van der Meiren kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Tibo Cromefeldt came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Fc Rossem's zone, Gustaaf Groeneveldt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matias Colebrants came out of the goal and Gustaaf Groeneveldt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 92 played minutes Fc Rossem got a freekick which was hit by Felix Vereect. Netherlands's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
