Paul Konrad started the match with the kick off. Kevin Joa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kevin Joa struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Aadu Lätte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Van Wilder FC. FC Gentleman's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Erkki Laul 9 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Aadu Lätte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toivo Kuhi in the 14th minute of play. Aivar Truupõld hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Kevin Joa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aadu Lätte having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, FC Gentleman's goal looked a bit too open when Erkki Laul came free, but Aadu Lätte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, FC Gentleman's Aadu Lätte got control of the ball when Kevin Joa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aadu Lätte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erkki Laul in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Kevin Joa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Van Wilder FC's Rain Ainola got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Erkki Laul struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Aadu Lätte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Van Wilder FC. After having played for 44 minutes, Rain Ainola managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Van Wilder FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rain Ainola was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 45 minutes into the game, Kevin Joa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aadu Lätte. Kevin Joa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erkki Laul made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Toivo Kuhi in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aadu Lätte prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aadu Lätte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erkki Laul, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, FC Gentleman's Karl Alle threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Paul Konrad, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Kevin Joa came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Van Wilder FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kevin Joa couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Toivo Kuhi in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aadu Lätte saved FC Gentleman from getting behind. Erkki Laul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Kevin Joa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erkki Laul recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 72 minutes into the match, Erkki Laul had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aadu Lätte. FC Gentleman's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erkki Laul was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rain Ainola in the 75th minute of play forced FC Gentleman's goalkeeper Aadu Lätte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Van Wilder FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Janek Eelmäe hit a great ball. Kevin Joa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Erkki Laul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rain Ainola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Aadu Lätte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
