The referee felt a red card was in order, 19 minutes into the game, when Andro Urvet put in a rough tackle. After 18 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC VÕRUMAA PARIMAD! Janar Niilo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heldur Seitse having to interfere. When Kuuno Hommuk came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the FC VÕRUMAA PARIMAD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kuuno Hommuk couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Janar Niilo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Heldur Seitse was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Heldur Seitse made an important save on a dangerous shot by Janar Niilo in the 40th minute. Kaijo Kapten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martti Teller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Martti Teller made a kick off. A collision led to FC VÕRUMAA PARIMAD getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Amerigo Oddi hit a great ball. In the 55th minute Martti Teller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaijo Kapten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Saviaugu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bolko Jung came free, but Heldur Seitse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bolko Jung fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heldur Seitse having to interfere. FC VÕRUMAA PARIMAD's Kaijo Kapten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andro Lehis in the 67th minute of play. After 70 minutes, Holger Algaja mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Saviaugu FC and the FC VÕRUMAA PARIMAD players grew even worse after the yellow card. 73 minutes into the match, Tõnn Tali had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kaijo Kapten. FC VÕRUMAA PARIMAD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tõnn Tali was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. If Priit Laaneoks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 84 minutes, Kaijo Kapten successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Saviaugu FC's goalkeeper Heldur Seitse, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kuuno Hommuk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Janar Niilo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Saviaugu FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
