Janis Raidur was out of position in the 47 minute of play, and Tõnu Rannus capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tõnu Rannus really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oodo Juss was the one to do the kick off. In the 66th minute, Enno Nõmmsalu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Oodo Juss had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 68 minutes of play, Vitsa's Enno Nõmmsalu made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kaido Haljas was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 73rd minute of the match Silver Lill sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Janis Raidur skillfully saved the ball. In the 74th minute Lauri Raudsoo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Janis Raidur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vitsa's Janis Raidur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arne Pärnaku in the 75th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oodo Juss in the 76th minute of play forced FC SSB's goalkeeper Kaido Haljas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the FC SSB defense, Enno Nõmmsalu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kaido Haljas. The FC SSB fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kaido Haljas should have stopped the shot. Oodo Juss might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kaido Haljas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Oodo Juss ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 97th minute, Enno Nõmmsalu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kaido Haljas was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Vitsa had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
