A collision led to Werka JK getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Andris Kapsas hit a great ball. After 10 played minutes Khagudi JK got a freekick which was hit by Kaido Nugin. Valdur Keskrand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Janar Ilmjärv, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valdur Keskrand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Janar Ilmjärv in the 13th minute of play. After 14 played minutes Werka JK got a freekick which was hit by Kris Üksti. 17 minutes into the match, Kris Üksti notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Khagudi JK's Kaido Levi. Kaido Levi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Werka JK's zone, Gustav Karindi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valdur Keskrand came out of the goal and Gustav Karindi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Harri Liiv kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. When Kaido Nugin fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Khagudi JK's protests and gave Kaido Nugin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 28th minute, Kaido Nugin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Mart Kanarbik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Janar Ilmjärv was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 32nd minute. Khagudi JK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Werka JK's Valdur Keskrand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Janar Ilmjärv in the 33rd minute of play. In the 40th minute, Gustav Karindi made a precise shot to the right of Valdur Keskrand. Werka JK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 45th match minute, Werka JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kris Üksti to maneuver through the defense. 45 minutes into the match, Khagudi JK's Mihkel Härmi broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Janar Ilmjärv had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Siim Univer made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Janar Ilmjärv in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Valdur Keskrand saved Werka JK from getting behind. The supporters of Khagudi JK booed when Werka JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kris Üksti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Khagudi JK's Gustav Karindi got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Werka JK defense, Janar Ilmjärv kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valdur Keskrand. The Werka JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valdur Keskrand should have stopped the shot. After 66 minutes, Janar Ilmjärv made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Werka JK's Valdur Keskrand tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Kaido Nugin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Valdur Keskrand having to make a save. When Janar Ilmjärv came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Khagudi JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Janar Ilmjärv couldn't finish the play. 74 minutes into the match, Werka JK's goal looked a bit too open when Gustav Karindi came free, but Valdur Keskrand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valdur Keskrand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustav Karindi in the 77th minute of the match. Khagudi JK's Janar Ilmjärv got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
