Spectators: 7442 (Terracing: 5619, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 100) Kaljo Eesik started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Mattias Onnu fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ryuge SK's protests and gave Mattias Onnu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 2nd match minute, Ryuge SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mattias Onnu to maneuver through the defense. 0-1 became the score in the 4th minute when Kaljo Eesik elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The supporters of Saala booed when Ryuge SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valter Arulepp didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kaljo Eesik's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Holger Lippus read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ats Etii in the 16th minute of play forced Saala's goalkeeper Ernst Rebas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Haarald Viitkar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 20th minute, Valter Arulepp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ryuge SK's Valter Arulepp got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mattias Onnu in the 23rd minute of play forced Saala's goalkeeper Ernst Rebas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kaljo Eesik in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Holger Lippus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Holger Lippus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haarald Viitkar, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After having played for 34 minutes, Haarald Viitkar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saala's supporters crossed their fingers, but Haarald Viitkar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The attack was good, but when Kaljo Eesik in the 35th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Haarald Viitkar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Holger Lippus having to interfere. 39 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Saala's Kaljo Eesik fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. In the 41st match minute, Ryuge SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mattias Onnu to maneuver through the defense.

Kaljo Eesik succeeded in the game's 59th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. Holger Lippus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaljo Eesik in the 64th minute of play. Haarald Viitkar succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 67th playminute. If Haarald Viitkar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 78 minutes into the match, Saala's goal looked a bit too open when Valter Arulepp came free, but Ernst Rebas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Mattias Onnu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ernst Rebas was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. Haarald Viitkar struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Holger Lippus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saala. Holger Lippus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaljo Eesik, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. A collision led to Ryuge SK getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Ats Etii hit a great ball. In the 86th minute, Dan Raudla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Ryuge SK defense, Haarald Viitkar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Holger Lippus. The Ryuge SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Holger Lippus should have stopped the shot.
