When Ülo Adamson fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AS MILAN's protests and gave Ülo Adamson a yellow card for diving instead. Soinaste FC's Ardo Jaanovits shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 19th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Kalju Ots but with some difficulty. In the 23rd minute, Heiko Hirv ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emil Mäeselja was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Heiko Hirv received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Kalju Ots made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dan Arula in the 36th minute. Madis Reikop's late challenge caught a AS MILAN's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. In the 65th match minute, Soinaste FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ardo Jaanovits to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Heiko Hirv in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emil Mäeselja saved Soinaste FC from getting behind. If Janari Liiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
