Märt Veskimeister made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from August Lond in the 4th minute of play. After a rather tough play, New York Red Bulls's Olavi Leo got a free kick in the 4th minute. Eiko Heinsaar struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Märt Veskimeister didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Fiasco. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Fiasco's goalkeeper Siim Luht, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Märten Jaani managed to get in a good position for a shot. New York Red Bulls's supporters rose to their feet, but Märten Jaani was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Siim Luht breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 13 minutes into the match, New York Red Bulls's Märten Jaani sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Siim Luht narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 17th minute Eldur Onkel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siim Luht saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Siim Luht made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eldur Onkel in the 25th minute of play. Siim Luht showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Märten Jaani in the 26th minute of the match. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Märten Jaani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siim Luht having to interfere. In the 36th minute August Lond shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Märt Veskimeister saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eiko Heinsaar took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Märt Veskimeister. Märt Veskimeister dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Märten Jaani made the kick off in the second half. Märten Jaani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Siim Luht tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Fiasco's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Märten Jaani scored to the left of an out of position Siim Luht, making the score, 1-1. In the 63rd match minute, New York Red Bulls was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvald Järv to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th minute, Eiko Heinsaar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 88th match minute, FC Fiasco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aare Tõruke to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute of the match New York Red Bulls got a corner. FC Fiasco's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Peeter Saare ran over to the corner to take the kick. Märt Veskimeister showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from August Lond, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
