If John Gustafson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. John Gustafsons short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Volli Vesi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Vello Koidu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rudolf Kaalikas, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Stoke City F.C's Vello Koidu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rudolf Kaalikas in the 31st minute of play. 37 minutes into the game, Lyuganuse FS's Rudolf Kaalikas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vello Koidu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. John Gustafson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Volli Vesi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Frans Rosén made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Frans Rosén got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stoke City F.C's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Uku Hell in the 55th minute. The corner led Stoke City F.C's Uku Hell to fire away a dangerous shot which Volli Vesi despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The referee showed Teet Lond the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Teet Lond hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Vello Koidu made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Ats Pihl sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Stoke City F.C booed when Lyuganuse FS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kaupo Raidur didn't get a good kick on the ball. There was no doubt that Stoke City F.C were the better team. Stoke City F.C's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
