After 27 minutes of play, Roika's Toivo Suursaar made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ando Jaani was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mikk Leesi was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 35 minutes into the match. Ando Jaani had in the 36thth minute some difficulties stopping Ott Vari's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. At last the ball reached Harald Nagel at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of FC Helios. 0-2. Harald Nagel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46thth minute of the game Toivo Suursaar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Helios's Ando Jaani was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ain Salumäe's late challenge caught a Roika's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ain Salumäe helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FC Helios's Ain Salumäe got a free kick in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When Harald Nagel came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Roika fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Harald Nagel couldn't finish the play. Harald Nagel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Toivo Suursaar kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 59thth minute. Though ot was a great shot FC Helios's keeper Ando Jaani was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Ando Jaani made an important save on a dangerous shot by Toivo Suursaar in the 67th minute. Harald Nagel might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ando Jaani. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Harald Nagel ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Roika booed when FC Helios was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Georg Pentus didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Toivo Suursaar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ando Jaani. That made the score 0-6 in the 86 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Harald Nagel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Roika's supporters rose to their feet, but Harald Nagel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ando Jaani breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ando Jaani made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Toivo Suursaar sent off a good shot on target. Ando Jaani made an important save on a dangerous shot by Toivo Suursaar in the 97th minute.
