Spectators: 6716 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 0) Einar Saabas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In a very dangerous position, a player in Fc Santos Tartu fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 3rd minute. Penalty! Fc Santos Tartu:s Evert Virumaa showed great skill when he stopped Kunnar Vessmann:s penalty. After having played for 8 minutes, Olev Lani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fc Santos Tartu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olev Lani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Harri Hallast took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahti Sõelsepp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maido Mölder was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 12th minute. Maeru's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Evert Virumaa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Berkay Ongen, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After 16 minutes Fc Santos Tartu's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kunnar Vessmann who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Maeru's corner Kunnar Vessmann fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Evert Virumaa quite easily take care of the ball. Evert Virumaa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Einar Saabas, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Maeru's Einar Saabas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Evert Virumaa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maarek Oder in the 23rd minute of play forced Maeru's goalkeeper Harri Hallast to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Harri Hallast made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olev Lani in the 25th minute of play. Harri Hallast showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahti Sõelsepp in the 28th minute of the match. Ahti Sõelsepp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harri Hallast having to interfere. 37 minutes into the game, Kristo Räni was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fc Santos Tartu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maeru the free kick. Kristo Räni hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute Maarek Oder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harri Hallast saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Einar Saabas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Evert Virumaa made a huge save. Harri Hallast made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahti Sõelsepp in the 46th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ahti Sõelsepp to strike the kick off in the second half. Einar Saabas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Harri Hallast was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Ahti Sõelsepp capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ahti Sõelsepp really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berkay Ongen in the 57th minute of play forced Fc Santos Tartu's goalkeeper Evert Virumaa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Harri Hallast made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olev Lani in the 58th minute. Harri Hallast showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahti Sõelsepp in the 59th minute of the match. In the 61st minute of the match, Maarek Oder got a very nice opportunity to score, but Harri Hallast was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 62 minutes into the match, Berkay Ongen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Evert Virumaa. Fc Santos Tartu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Berkay Ongen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 65th minute, Ahti Sõelsepp reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Harri Hallast. The goal made the score 1-3. Maeru's Harri Hallast played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jakob Vesi in the 72nd minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Maeru's goal looked a bit too open when Ahti Sõelsepp came free, but Harri Hallast reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Harri Hallast made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maarek Oder in the 75th minute. In the 76th minute, Uudo Allas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The throw-in from Samuel Ande in the 80th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Maeru's Olari Astuja. With a little luck, Maeru's Harri Hallast got control of the ball when Olev Lani tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ahti Sõelsepp received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Harri Hallast came out and tried to block the shot, but Ahti Sõelsepp slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 87th minute. 91 minutes into the game, Ahti Sõelsepp lined in a short shot 1-6 behind a frustrated Harri Hallast. Thanks to some nice moves Maarek Oder could shoot a difficult shot in the 96th minute, which Harri Hallast however easily saved by the left post. When the final whistle sounded Fc Santos Tartu left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Maeru.
