Spectators: 7465 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Hans Koit took the kick off in the first half of the match. 7 minutes into the match, AC Team Tähiste's Kert Noorhani sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Raido Ansip narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Uno Käps had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kanissaare SK's Raido Ansip played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egon Tael in the 19th minute of play. Raido Ansip showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kert Noorhani, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Hans Koit blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kalle Kabonen having to make a save. After 23 minutes of play, Kanissaare SK's Uno Käps made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kalle Kabonen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kalle Kabonen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hans Koit in the 27th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, AC Team Tähiste's goalkeeper Kalle Kabonen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Uno Käps. 33 minutes into the match, AC Team Tähiste's goal looked a bit too open when Hans Koit came free, but Kalle Kabonen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hans Koit recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Egon Tael had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Raido Ansip. Kanissaare SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Egon Tael was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Egon Tael to make the kick off. Raido Ansip took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Egon Tael, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kalle Kabonen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uno Käps in the 56th minute of the match. The goalkeeper, Raido Ansip, was totally fooled by AC Team Tähiste's Vello Pauk, who 73 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Hans Koit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Kalle Kabonen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans Koit in the 81st minute of play forced AC Team Tähiste's goalkeeper Kalle Kabonen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Uno Käps fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kalle Kabonen having to interfere. When Egon Tael came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the AC Team Tähiste fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Egon Tael couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egon Tael in the 90th minute of play forced Kanissaare SK's goalkeeper Raido Ansip to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kanissaare SK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
