Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Aivar Kirst started the match with the kick off. After having played for 20 minutes, Priidu Kaldvee managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Simonius SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Priidu Kaldvee was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Priidu Kaldvee in the 22nd minute of play forced Kuldi SK's goalkeeper Ainar Roosaare to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute, Villem Kama got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Simonius SK's Janari Pottsepp got control of the ball when Olavi Esnar tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 46thth minute of the game Villem Kama who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kuldi SK's Ainar Roosaare was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Aivar Kirst fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kuldi SK's protests and gave Aivar Kirst a yellow card for diving instead. After 47 played minutes Kuldi SK got a freekick which was hit by Aivar Kirst. The Kuldi SK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Simonius SK were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Villem Kama stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A hard shot 54 in the game by Priidu Kaldvee from a close distance when the talented Ainar Roosaare managed to make a qualified save. Kuldi SK's players were relieved. Aivar Kirst struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Janari Pottsepp didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kuldi SK. Asko Valt hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After 60 minutes Kuldi SK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Helger Aug who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Simonius SK's Helger Aug to fire away a dangerous shot which Ainar Roosaare despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Priidu Kaldvee sped through Kuldi SK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ainar Roosaare. Priidu Kaldvee struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Ainar Roosaare didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Simonius SK. 68 minutes into the game, Taavi Lipso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Simonius SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kuldi SK the free kick. Taavi Lipso hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Priidu Kaldvee recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Olavi Esnar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Janari Pottsepp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Simonius SK's goal looked a bit too open when Olavi Esnar came free, but Janari Pottsepp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Simonius SK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Simonius SK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
