To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Joonatan Olt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armin Volmer having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Holger Vasmann during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 45th minute, one of Padrema:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Padrema. The referee gave Mustjoe a penalty, 47 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Elmu Vanaots, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Padrema's Armin Volmer. 0-2. The Padrema players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mustjoe were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Kristjan Hõlpus made the kick off in the second half. When Janis Verte fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Padrema's protests and gave Janis Verte a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Padrema's Janis Verte got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Andres Tilk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaupo Einla in the 65th minute of the match. Mustjoe's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
