Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) FC MASU's Sven Asuja started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Erni Ojarand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 4th minute, FC MASU's Andri Maasik seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Andri Maasik the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FC MASU protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Andri Maasik had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 4 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC MASU! The goalkeeper, Jaagup Kaldoja, was totally fooled by Kersleti's Märt Ülisoo, who 6 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Ardo Ahja didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tauri Pärtna went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Gunnar Jõeäärs short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Jaagup Kaldoja to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Erni Ojarand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Gunnar Jõeäär came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Kersleti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gunnar Jõeäär couldn't finish the play. Erni Ojarand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Jaagup Kaldoja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kersleti's Gunnar Jõeäär got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 30 minutes into the match, FC MASU's goal looked a bit too open when Erni Ojarand came free, but Jaagup Kaldoja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaagup Kaldoja stood somewhat misplaced when Gunnar Jõeäär came free in front of goal and shot 3-1 to the left of him in the 31 minute. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC MASU's goalkeeper Jaagup Kaldoja, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 39 minutes, Gunnar Jõeäär managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kersleti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gunnar Jõeäär was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Erni Ojarand blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jaagup Kaldoja having to make a save. Gunnar Jõeäär fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaagup Kaldoja having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erni Ojarand stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, FC MASU was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laur Saidla to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Gunnar Jõeäär's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jaagup Kaldoja was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Mikk Lepanurm hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Gunnar Jõeäär fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaagup Kaldoja having to interfere. Jaagup Kaldoja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marko Aavik, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Erni Ojarand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jaagup Kaldoja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gunnar Jõeäär in the 70th minute of play. Jaagup Kaldoja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gunnar Jõeäär, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Tavo Vaha hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. If Gunnar Jõeäär had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Kersleti booed when FC MASU was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tavo Vaha didn't get a good kick on the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Gunnar Jõeäär notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of FC MASU's Jaagup Kaldoja. Jaagup Kaldoja was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Erni Ojarand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaagup Kaldoja having to interfere. Erni Ojarand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 91 minutes, Gunnar Jõeäär managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kersleti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gunnar Jõeäär was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 96th minute Erni Ojarand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaagup Kaldoja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Kersleti players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
