Spectators: 7376 (Terracing: 5533, Seating: 1696, VIP seats: 147) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hando Laht started the match with the kick off. Vello Pabin made a fantastic save in the 2nd minute, when Reino Vabamüürlane sent off a good shot on target. Pearu Märjamaa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hando Laht in the 4th minute of play. If Hando Laht had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 9 minutes, Hando Laht made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. FC SaareViking's Pearu Märjamaa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Vello Pabin came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by FC SaareViking's Reino Vabamüürlane. But to his dismay, Reino Vabamüürlane quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Vello Pabin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mario Võrno, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Vello Pabin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Reino Vabamüürlane in the 18th minute. In the 20th minute, Hando Laht left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Kotikud fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 23rd match minute, FC SaareViking was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tambet Inno to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the match, FC Kotikud's Timo Vaarikas broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. A collision led to FC Kotikud getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Juhan Merioja hit a great ball. FC Kotikud's Tarvi Aesma quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Tarmo Veisson, made in the 30th minute of the game. If Heigo Saareleht had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute Hando Laht shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pearu Märjamaa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 1-3 became the score in the 36th minute when Hando Laht elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Hando Laht sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Kotikud's Heigo Saareleht got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hando Laht fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pearu Märjamaa having to interfere. The FC SaareViking players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Kotikud were winning 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vaino Laiuste made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Hando Laht shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pearu Märjamaa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pearu Märjamaa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Heigo Saareleht in the 53rd minute. Heigo Saareleht's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 54thth minute, Pearu Märjamaa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 60 minutes into the match, FC SaareViking's goal looked a bit too open when Hando Laht came free, but Pearu Märjamaa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Kotikud's Tarvi Aesma got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Vello Pabin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vaino Laiuste in the 66th minute of play. Hando Laht who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 68thth minute tested the skills of Pearu Märjamaa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. FC SaareViking's Pearu Märjamaa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hando Laht in the 70th minute of play. Hando Laht received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Pearu Märjamaa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Heigo Saareleht fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pearu Märjamaa having to interfere. FC SaareViking's Pearu Märjamaa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save FC SaareViking from getting a goal against them. Aare Leemets was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 76 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute, Aare Leemets hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was beautiful to see FC SaareViking's Taimo Väester in action when he in the 79th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Hando Laht sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When FC Kotikud's Hando Laht in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC SaareViking's goalie prevented a goal. Pearu Märjamaa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tarvi Aesma in the 91st minute of the match. Pearu Märjamaa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hando Laht, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute, Tarvi Aesma ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pearu Märjamaa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. 97 minutes into the match, Vaino Laiuste had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vello Pabin. FC Kotikud's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vaino Laiuste was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5. FC Kotikud played a much better game than FC SaareViking and deserved their victory. The FC SaareViking players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
