Neytla FC's Peeter Kobakäpp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andri Nool in the 8th minute of play. After having played for 10 minutes, Kardo Sepp managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Neytla FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kardo Sepp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alari Jaanus in the 11th minute of play forced Sünkroonujujad's goalkeeper Georg Keerme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute Imre Nuka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georg Keerme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sünkroonujujad's Hardo Nõgel got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Georg Keerme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alari Jaanus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Neytla FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Laur Vabamüürlane hit a great ball. Aivar Jõe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Georg Keerme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laur Vabamüürlane, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Aivar Jõe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alari Jaanus stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Sünkroonujujad booed when Neytla FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kardo Sepp didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aivar Jõe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th minute, Evert Mäekala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 89th minute Aivar Jõe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peeter Kobakäpp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Hardo Nõgel came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Sünkroonujujad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hardo Nõgel couldn't finish the play. 94 minutes into the match, Sünkroonujujad's goalkeeper Georg Keerme had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kardo Sepp.
