The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Taimo Anderson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Rudi FC booed when Kihli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aivar Kivimäe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raimond Aasma took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Väino Vanaliin. Väino Vanaliin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Väino Vanaliin came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Rudi FC's Gert Jan Aalberts. But to his dismay, Gert Jan Aalberts quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 22nd minute, Raimond Aasma left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rudi FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. When Uno Raha fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kihli's protests and gave Uno Raha a yellow card for diving instead. Uno Raha kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Kihli's Väino Vanaliin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimond Aasma in the 27th minute of play. The supporters of Rudi FC booed when Kihli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eerik Sulg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Väino Vanaliin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raimond Aasma in the 31st minute of the match. Väino Vanaliin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raimond Aasma, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Kihli's Väino Vanaliin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gert Jan Aalberts in the 37th minute of play. In the 45th minute Taimo Anderson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Väino Vanaliin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Rudi FC fans' excitement grew in the 47th match minute when Rudi FC's Gert Jan Aalberts looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Rudi FC made a substitution. Sander Mäeselja replaced Raimond Aasma. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Uno Raha was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gert Jan Aalberts in the 57th minute of play forced Kihli's goalkeeper Väino Vanaliin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Volli Kuuse didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Uno Raha went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Gert Jan Aalberts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Väino Vanaliin having to interfere. Väino Vanaliin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sander Mäeselja, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Taimo Anderson struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Väino Vanaliin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rudi FC. After a rather tough play, Kihli's Eerik Sulg got a free kick in the 75th minute. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Gert Jan Aalberts put it in 1-5 from a short distance just to the right of Väino Vanaliin. Väino Vanaliin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sander Mäeselja, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Uno Raha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Volli Kuuse having to interfere. Rudi FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
