Chilipepper FC's Markus Vallik proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Chilipepper FC from getting a goal against them. Mario Luiga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Markus Vallik made a huge save. Fc Merivälja's Mario Luiga got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Mario Luiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kerdo Pilvik during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Chilipepper FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Kerdo Pilvik hit a great ball. Fc Merivälja's Liis Normak got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mario Luiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Liis Normak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fc Merivälja's attentive Agur Asso managed to snatch the ball when Ats Raik made a throw-in in the 46th minute of the game. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

A collision led to Fc Merivälja getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Mart Esko hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Chilipepper FC's zone, Mario Luiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Markus Vallik came out of the goal and Mario Luiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chilipepper FC's Markus Vallik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Luiga in the 61st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Chilipepper FC's Tom Koba got a free kick in the 65th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rein Leinatamm in the 67th minute of play forced Fc Merivälja's goalkeeper Endel Luige to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 77 minutes into the game, Mario Luiga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Markus Vallik was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Markus Vallik came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Fc Merivälja's Agur Asso. But to his dismay, Agur Asso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. If Liis Normak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Chilipepper FC's zone, Mario Luiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Markus Vallik came out of the goal and Mario Luiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 90 minutes into the match, Fc Merivälja's Avo Sõõrumaa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Markus Vallik narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fc Merivälja's Mario Luiga got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fc Merivälja's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
