Johannes Raag sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Johannes Raag could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Hardo Kanne made a huge save. FC Sparta's Laur Nikopensius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edvard Liik in the 9th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC Sparta's Helger Volmer got a free kick in the 10th minute. After 11 minutes, Mihkel Luige made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. FC Sparta's Laur Nikopensius tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 22nd minute, Edvard Liik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Laur Nikopensius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mihkel Luige, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Edvard Liik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, FC Sparta's Hardo Kanne threw himself towards the right post 34 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kristjan Asi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Kristjan Asi was extremely unlucky when he, in the 36th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Risto Kaalikas's late challenge caught a FC Sparta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Risto Kaalikas helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FC Sparta booed when Loone FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Risto Kaalikas didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Sparta's Laur Nikopensius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edvard Liik in the 42nd minute of play. Helger Volmer struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Hardo Kanne didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Sparta. Johannes Raag received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Hardo Kanne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The FC Sparta players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Loone FC were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edvard Liik made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Helger Volmer in the 52nd minute of play forced Loone FC's goalkeeper Hardo Kanne to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Johannes Raag fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hardo Kanne having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mihkel Luige got free with Laur Nikopensius in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mihkel Luige who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Laur Nikopensius when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Mihkel Luige fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laur Nikopensius having to interfere. Hardo Kanne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristjan Asi in the 84th minute of play. Alari Pärt was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 87 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Loone FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 86th minute. Penalty! Loone FC:s Hardo Kanne showed great skill when he stopped Ragnar Mustakivi:s penalty. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Johannes Raag managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Sparta's supporters rose to their feet, but Johannes Raag was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hardo Kanne breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Laur Nikopensius made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mihkel Luige in the 97th minute. The FC Sparta supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Loone FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Loone FC.
