After having played for 20 minutes, Priidik Neppi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 26th minute of the match Andreas Noorpea shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kaur Taigur showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Hardi Maandi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Kaur Taigur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 48th minute, Erki Lond got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Priidik Neppi to make the kick off. Kaur Taigur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erki Lond in the 57th minute of play. Kaur Taigur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erki Lond, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Julius Hindpere showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antti Heinola, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Yysu's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
