The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Ingmar Mäetamm left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ranniku fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 6 minutes into the match, Ranniku's goal looked a bit too open when Silver Sanglepp came free, but Erkki Härm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10th minute, Ingmar Mäetamm left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ranniku fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 16th minute, Leo Koit got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Karl Sõõrumaa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Koit, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Leo Koit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Ranniku booed when Anonymous United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albert Üksvärav didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Koit in the 29th minute of play forced Anonymous United's goalkeeper Karl Sõõrumaa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute, Ingmar Mäetamm made a precise shot to the right of Karl Sõõrumaa. Anonymous United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 35 minutes into the game, Jaak Veebel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Karl Sõõrumaa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ingmar Mäetamm stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Ranniku's Leo Koit slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Karl Sõõrumaa. That made the score 0-5 after 53 minutes of play. Tarvi Rahkema's late challenge caught a Anonymous United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tarvi Rahkema helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Koit in the 62nd minute of play forced Anonymous United's goalkeeper Karl Sõõrumaa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute, Leo Koit got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Anonymous United's Jass Loodus got a free kick in the 67th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Ranniku's Ando Valgupera tried to score from far away in the 67th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Karl Sõõrumaa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingmar Mäetamm, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. If Leo Koit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ingmar Mäetamm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Karl Sõõrumaa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ranniku's Ingmar Mäetamm was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 85th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When Tarvi Rahkema was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 89 minutes had been played. Leo Koit could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Karl Sõõrumaa made a huge save. Ingmar Mäetamm struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Karl Sõõrumaa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ranniku. Ranniku played a much better game than Anonymous United and deserved their victory. The Anonymous United players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
