The referee ignored Puri's protests and gave Hannes Müür a yellow card for diving instead. After 4 played minutes Puri got a freekick which was hit by Hannes Müür. Maarek Viilup acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 5th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Margus Vest. Lembevere FC's Lennart Vides played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jarmo Suurkaev in the 27th minute of play. Jarmo Suurkaev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Jarmo Suurkaev came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Puri fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jarmo Suurkaev couldn't finish the play. In the 37th minute, Maarek Arulepp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lennart Vides took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kerdo Kasemägi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jarmo Suurkaev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Markus Mustpea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Maarek Viilup tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kerdo Kasemägi made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaspar Roosmaa in the 53rd minute of play forced Puri's goalkeeper Maarek Viilup to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 54 minutes, Markus Mustpea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lembevere FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Markus Mustpea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Markus Mustpea in the 59th minute of play forced Puri's goalkeeper Maarek Viilup to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Markus Mustpea came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Lembevere FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Markus Mustpea couldn't finish the play. Maarek Viilup showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Markus Mustpea in the 69th minute of the match. When Kaspar Roosmaa came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Lembevere FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kaspar Roosmaa couldn't finish the play. Maarek Viilup didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Markus Mustpea went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 79th minute Kerdo Kasemägi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lennart Vides saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. During the 82nd minute of the match Maarek Arulepp completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Maarek Arulepp a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Maarek Arulepp hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Jarmo Suurkaev managed to get in a good position for a shot. Puri's supporters rose to their feet, but Jarmo Suurkaev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lennart Vides breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lembevere FC's Lennart Vides proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Lembevere FC from getting a goal against them. Jarmo Suurkaevs short, quick shot in the 94thth minute got Lennart Vides to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. For all the effort they put into the match, the Puri players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Lembevere FC.
