Spectators: 7474 (Terracing: 5607, Seating: 1718, VIP seats: 149) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Aare Paber made the kick off which started today's match. Härmo Leo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 7th minute Aare Paber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kuido Püss saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aare Paber's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kuido Püss read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Kiur Vihmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Härmo Leo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rando Univer got free with Kuido Püss in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rando Univer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Kuido Püss tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vaimla's Kuido Püss proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Vaimla from getting a goal against them. After 28 played minutes Legomehed got a freekick which was hit by Väino Annuk. After a rather tough play, Vaimla's Evald Peelmann got a free kick in the 29th minute. 35 minutes into the match, Vaimla's goal looked a bit too open when Aare Paber came free, but Kuido Püss reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aare Teppan struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Kiur Vihmann didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vaimla. If Asko Lõiv had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kiur Vihmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herbert Vitsut in the 42nd minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Härmo Leo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Asko Lõiv recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kiur Vihmann. Asko Lõiv showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. When Aare Teppan came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Vaimla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aare Teppan couldn't finish the play. Legomehed's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Asko Lõiv 61 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. If Rando Univer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Väino Annuk's late challenge caught a Vaimla's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Väino Annuk helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Legomehed's Väino Annuk got a free kick in the 69th minute. Härmo Leo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kiur Vihmann having to interfere. Kuido Püss showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rando Univer in the 75th minute of the match. In the 77th minute Rando Univer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kuido Püss saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Egon Kääramees kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. After 82 minutes of play, Vaimla's Asko Lõiv made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kiur Vihmann was left in no man's land by his defense there! Härmo Leo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kiur Vihmann came out and tried to block the shot, but Härmo Leo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 86th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rando Univer in the 92nd minute of play forced Vaimla's goalkeeper Kuido Püss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Asko Lõiv in the 93rd minute of play forced Legomehed's goalkeeper Kiur Vihmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vaimla played a much better game than Legomehed and deserved their victory. The Legomehed players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
