Tõnu Oit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hannes Kruus in the 3rd minute of play. In the 9th minute Leopold Veider shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egon Kuuskmäe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 11 in the game by Ainar Kartau from a close distance when the talented Egon Kuuskmäe managed to make a qualified save. FC Lehtse's players were relieved. Tõnu Oit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hannes Kruus, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Ainar Kartau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Fred Saareoja came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the FC Lehtse fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fred Saareoja couldn't finish the play. Fred Saareoja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Lehtse's Hannes Kruus got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopold Veider in the 30th minute of play forced FC Lehtse's goalkeeper Egon Kuuskmäe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Egon Kuuskmäe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leopold Veider's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. After 35 minutes, Hannes Ridal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Lehtse and the Liivaaugu FS players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Liivaaugu FS booed when FC Lehtse was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hannes Ridal didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hannes Kruus in the 44th minute of play forced Liivaaugu FS's goalkeeper Tõnu Oit to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Leopold Veider came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Liivaaugu FS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leopold Veider couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Fred Saareoja made the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the game, Herbert Videvik was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Liivaaugu FS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Lehtse the free kick. After 57 played minutes Liivaaugu FS got a freekick which was hit by Herbert Videvik. FC Lehtse's Hannes Kruus got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hannes Ridal hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Evald Karu, 69 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Leopold Veider fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egon Kuuskmäe having to interfere. When Heldur Raimets fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Lehtse's protests and gave Heldur Raimets a yellow card for diving instead. After 77 played minutes FC Lehtse got a freekick which was hit by Heldur Raimets. Liivaaugu FS's Evald Karu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Egon Kuuskmäe in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 82nd minute Fred Saareoja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tõnu Oit saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ainar Kartau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Egon Kuuskmäe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Egon Kuuskmäe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopold Veider, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Heldur Raimets hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Hannes Ridal kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. FC Lehtse's Egon Kuuskmäe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ainar Kartau in the 92nd minute of play. After 94th play minutes Leopold Veider shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Egon Kuuskmäe and just under the crossbar into goal.
