Joosep Traat was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Tom Kilk came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the JK Mansau fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tom Kilk couldn't finish the play. 24 minutes into the game, Paavo Lõvi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Koze fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The JK Mansau players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. The tension between the Koze and the JK Mansau players grew even worse after the yellow card.
