Rando Tara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aivar Noorsalu, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. When Aivar Noorsalu came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Mannikvalja fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aivar Noorsalu couldn't finish the play. Lembit Taaler struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Rando Tara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mannikvalja. Pärnu Linnameeskond's Rando Tara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aivar Noorsalu in the 21st minute of play. Lembit Taaler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Mannikvalja's Rando Tara threw himself towards the right post 26 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aivar Noorsalu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Mark Lips didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anton Ansip went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Mark Lips showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anton Ansip in the 40th minute of the match. Lembit Taaler's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rando Tara read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. The Pärnu Linnameeskond fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when Pärnu Linnameeskond's Anton Ansip looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. In the 67th minute, Aivar Noorsalu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mannikvalja fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in Pärnu Linnameeskond's zone, Mait Varusk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rando Tara came out of the goal and Mait Varusk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 73 minutes into the match, Pärnu Linnameeskond's Anton Ansip sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mark Lips narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 75 minutes into the game, Mannikvalja's Lembit Taaler nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rando Tara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Rando Tara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aivar Noorsalu in the 83rd minute of the match. Mark Lips took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anton Ansip, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aivar Noorsalu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 94 minutes into the match, Pärnu Linnameeskond's goal looked a bit too open when Lembit Taaler came free, but Rando Tara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There was no doubt that Mannikvalja were the better team. Mannikvalja's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
