Agu Lossmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ardo Laiuste in the 47th minute of the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ain Veski to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Salu FC Stars's zone, Ardo Laiuste stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Agu Lossmann came out of the goal and Ardo Laiuste tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 58 minutes, Ain Veski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Salu FC Stars's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ain Veski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ain Veski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rando Viitmann having to interfere. Ragnar Aas might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Agu Lossmann. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ragnar Aas ran back to his position shaking his head. Ragnar Aas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vaino Allika hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute, Ardo Laiuste hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
