In the 17th match minute, Salu FC Stars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joonatan Laanesoo to maneuver through the defense. After 21 played minutes Sheffield Utd got a freekick which was hit by Norman Konsa. Toomas Veerma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ain Veski, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Antti Juurikas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Otto Härmi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sheffield Utd's supporters rose to their feet, but Otto Härmi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Agu Lossmann breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Norman Konsa hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antti Juurikas in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Agu Lossmann saved Salu FC Stars from getting behind. In the 47th minute, Kaspar Veelmaa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Otto Härmi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaspar Veelmaa in the 54th minute of play forced Sheffield Utd's goalkeeper Toomas Veerma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Toomas Veerma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaspar Veelmaa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Otto Härmi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Agu Lossmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sheffield Utd's Otto Härmi got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kaspar Veelmaa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toomas Veerma having to interfere. After 75 minutes of play, Salu FC Stars's Ain Veski made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Toomas Veerma was left in no man's land by his defense there! Joonatan Laanesoo charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joonatan Laanesoo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Joonatan Laanesoo kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. A collision led to Salu FC Stars getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Kaspar Veelmaa hit a great ball. Otto Härmi was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 96th minute. Sheffield Utd's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Salu FC Stars succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Sheffield Utd had controlled the match.
