The referee ignored SK Vihi's protests and gave Simo Roosileht a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, SK Vihi's Simo Roosileht got a free kick in the 38th minute. After 43 minutes, Virgo Naer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Furia Roja and the SK Vihi players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 44 minutes La Furia Roja's goalkeeper Kusti Agu managed, with a little bit of luck, save Mehis Kalenik's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. 44 minutes into the match, Mehis Kalenik had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kusti Agu. La Furia Roja's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mehis Kalenik was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 48thth minute of the game Gabriel Vessmann who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SK Vihi's Innar Ämarik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bruno Lehis was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in SK Vihi's zone, Arto Kaare stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Innar Ämarik came out of the goal and Arto Kaare tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Otto Nurmeots sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Agur Uusnurm was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 67 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute, one of La Furia Roja:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for La Furia Roja. In the 69th minute there was a penalty for SK Vihi. Mehis Kalenik stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Kusti Agu. 2-0. Kusti Agu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Madis Raudam, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Innar Ämarik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gabriel Vessmann in the 78th minute. The supporters of La Furia Roja booed when SK Vihi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paul Hobune didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 80 minutes, Gabriel Vessmann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. If Madis Raudam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arto Kaare during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 88th match minute, La Furia Roja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arto Kaare to maneuver through the defense. Madis Raudam struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Kusti Agu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SK Vihi. Kusti Agu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Madis Raudam, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. SK Vihi had won after a very even match.
