Spectators: 6746 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 20) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Raimo Väljaste started the match with the kick off. JK VÕRU's Bruno Veski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimo Väljaste in the 5th minute of play. Raimo Väljaste recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sander Kutsar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the match, Kayera's goalkeeper Raimond Aavasalu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Agur Heiberg. After a rather tough play, Kayera's Aare Karp got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Kayera's Raimond Aavasalu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Kayera from getting a goal against them. A collision led to JK VÕRU getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Jörgen Leier hit a great ball. Bruno Veski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evald Pottsepp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute, Aare Karp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute of the match Ahto Tael shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Raimond Aavasalu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Raimo Väljaste came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Kayera fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raimo Väljaste couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Aare Karp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kayera's supporters rose to their feet, but Aare Karp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Veski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 39 minutes, Raimo Väljaste managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kayera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raimo Väljaste was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 41 minutes, Kuno Vanamees mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kayera and the JK VÕRU players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 41st minute, one of Kayera:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Kayera. When the match had been going on for 43 minutes, JK VÕRU's Ilmar Alamaa got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Raimond Aavasalu. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Raimo Väljaste sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raimond Aavasalu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kajar Halliste went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Kajar Halliste fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimond Aavasalu having to interfere. Raimond Aavasalu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kajar Halliste, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Ahto Tael managed to get in a good position for a shot. JK VÕRU's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahto Tael was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raimond Aavasalu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 75 played minutes JK VÕRU got a freekick which was hit by Jörgen Leier. 85 minutes into the match, Kayera's goal looked a bit too open when Agur Heiberg came free, but Raimond Aavasalu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Agur Heiberg took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raimond Aavasalu. Raimond Aavasalu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. 90 minutes into the match, Kayera's goal looked a bit too open when Kajar Halliste came free, but Raimond Aavasalu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Jörgen Leier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evald Pottsepp in the 94th minute of play forced JK VÕRU's goalkeeper Bruno Veski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The JK VÕRU players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
