Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raimond Aavasalu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kerdo Välk in the 8th minute of play. If Sander Kutsar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 19 minutes into the match, Kerdo Välk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Raimond Aavasalu. Kayera's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kerdo Välk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. If Raimo Väljaste had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute Keijo Leppik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimond Aavasalu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aare Karp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Haili's Ardo Kannisto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Haili from getting a goal against them. Kayera's Aare Karp got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 39th minute, Raimo Väljaste fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Aare Karp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ardo Kannisto having to interfere. A collision led to Haili getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Julius Kinkar hit a great ball. Raimo Väljaste received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Ardo Kannisto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kayera's Raimond Aavasalu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kerdo Välk in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

In the 53rd minute, Keijo Leppik made a precise shot to the right of Raimond Aavasalu. Kayera's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 57th minute, Haili's Keijo Leppik dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. After a rather tough play, Haili's Jan Stroom got a free kick in the 61st minute. Kalle Koba hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Raimo Väljaste struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Ardo Kannisto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kayera. The supporters of Haili booed when Kayera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sander Kutsar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kerdo Välk might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Raimond Aavasalu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kerdo Välk ran back to his position shaking his head. Raimo Väljaste kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. With his leg Raimond Aavasalu managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Haili's Keijo Leppik fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Sander Kutsar missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 89 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Ardo Kannisto right hand side. Haili's Ardo Kannisto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimo Väljaste in the 92nd minute of play. Jan Stroom made in the 93rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Kayera's Aare Karp. The supporters of Haili booed when Kayera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sander Kutsar didn't get a good kick on the ball.
