The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Ebavere's goalkeeper Jürgen Esko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eino Jüriöö. Ebavere's Jürgen Esko proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Ebavere from getting a goal against them. Robert Kaare showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sulev Jõgi, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. After having played for 17 minutes, Maarek Liik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ebavere's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maarek Liik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jürgen Esko didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eino Jüriöö went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Eino Jüriöö could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Jürgen Esko made a huge save. In the 32nd match minute, Nympa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julius Ehasalu to maneuver through the defense. When Maarek Liik came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Ebavere fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maarek Liik couldn't finish the play. In the 36th minute, Eino Jüriöö got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Maarek Liik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jürgen Esko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julius Ehasalu in the 45th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ebavere's Kardo Unt got a free kick in the 46th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Julius Ehasalu to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Eino Jüriöö shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jürgen Esko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jürgen Esko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julius Ehasalu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 57 minutes into the game, Nympa's Eino Jüriöö nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jürgen Esko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. The supporters of Ebavere booed when Nympa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pavel Lepsoo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 64 minutes of play, Nympa's Julius Ehasalu made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jürgen Esko was left in no man's land by his defense there! 69 minutes into the match, Ebavere's goal looked a bit too open when Eino Jüriöö came free, but Jürgen Esko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eino Jüriöö fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jürgen Esko having to interfere. Julius Ehasalu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Sulev Jõgi came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Ebavere fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sulev Jõgi couldn't finish the play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 81 minutes into the game, when Villem Oidra put in a rough tackle. After a rather tough play, Nympa's Villem Oidra got a free kick in the 82nd minute. The supporters of Ebavere booed when Nympa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julius Ehasalu didn't get a good kick on the ball.
