When Udo Aal fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored King 07's protests and gave Udo Aal a yellow card for diving instead. Udo Aal kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Jalgpallikool's Jann Ansip couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 5th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for King 07. After 6 played minutes King 07 got a freekick which was hit by Udo Aal. Udo Aal kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. After 11 played minutes, Jalgpallikool's Jann Ansip shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Valdo Käbin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Jalgpallikool reached it. In the 17th minute, Ennu Raas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valdo Käbin was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After having played for 27 minutes, Kalvi Tihumets managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jalgpallikool's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kalvi Tihumets was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ennu Raas in the 30th minute of play forced King 07's goalkeeper Valdo Käbin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Kalvi Tihumets had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hillar Teller succeeded in the game's 36th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. After a rather tough play, Jalgpallikool's Ivo Vooglaid got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aare Jõekallas during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jalgpallikool's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jann Ansip in the 49th minute. A nice corner shot did that Jann Ansip got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Valdo Käbin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hillar Teller made a kick off. Ennu Raas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdo Käbin having to interfere. Ennu Raas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Valdo Käbin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to King 07 getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Udo Aal hit a great ball. In the 64th minute Hillar Teller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerd Veiler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Aapo Otsus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Jalgpallikool getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Andri Lange hit a great ball. Valdo Käbin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ennu Raas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. During the 69th minute of the match Udo Aal completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Udo Aal a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Udo Aal hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Jalgpallikool's Kalvi Tihumets got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Aare Jõekallas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 79 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for King 07! In the 81st minute there was a penalty for Jalgpallikool. Jann Ansip stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Valdo Käbin. 3-2. Hillar Teller's late challenge caught a Jalgpallikool's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hillar Teller helped the player get up and apologised. In the 99th match minute, King 07 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hillar Teller to maneuver through the defense. Jalgpallikool were awarded a corner in the 102th minute after King 07's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jann Ansip took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Ivo Vooglaid got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Valdo Käbin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Many of Jalgpallikool's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Jalgpallikool may have spent more time on the ball, but King 07 were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
