Valjamae's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kalev Müürisepp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kalev Müürisepp's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Janno Udu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Janno Udu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kalev Müürisepp, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. FC Tarvas's Hardi Jahu was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 17th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 22nd minute of the match Ragnar Raidur sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Janno Udu skillfully saved the ball. In the 27th minute, Kalev Müürisepp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kalev Müürisepp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kalev Müürisepp got free with Janno Udu in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Mattias Lutter came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Valjamae fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mattias Lutter couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew the final whistle, FC Tarvas could leave the field as winners, despite Valjamae having more of the ball for most of the match.
