The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Piira Arsenal booed when FC Tups was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mait Raasuke didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Tups's Ülo Kulu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save FC Tups from getting a goal against them. After 15 minutes, Kristofer Veiderma mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Tups and the Piira Arsenal players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 15th match minute, FC Tups was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristofer Veiderma to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the match, Piira Arsenal's Rainer Maarjamaa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ülo Kulu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ülo Kulu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rainer Maarjamaa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to FC Tups getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Mait Raasuke hit a great ball. Enar Nurm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marko Veskis in the 23rd minute of play. Enar Nurm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kiur Kaljumäe in the 30th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marko Veskis in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enar Nurm prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Marko Veskis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marko Veskis was the one to do the kick off. Enar Nurm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marko Veskis in the 51st minute of the match. Kiur Kaljumäe might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Enar Nurm. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kiur Kaljumäe ran back to his position shaking his head. Mait Raasuke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enar Nurm having to interfere. Kiur Kaljumäe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Enar Nurm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 59th minute by Marko Veskis got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Mait Raasuke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enar Nurm having to interfere. Anti Mõniste charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anti Mõniste the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Anti Mõniste hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. 68 minutes into the match, FC Tups's Marko Veskis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Enar Nurm narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Marko Veskis struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Enar Nurm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Tups. In the 72nd minute Heino Hääl suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 72 minutes of play FC Tups's Mait Raasuke was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Mait Raasuke hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute, Joonatan Mees hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kiur Kaljumäe succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 81st playminute. After a defensive mix-up in Piira Arsenal's zone, Kiur Kaljumäe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enar Nurm came out of the goal and Kiur Kaljumäe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rainer Maarjamaa's late challenge caught a FC Tups's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rainer Maarjamaa helped the player get up and apologised. After 93 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Piira Arsenal!
