Monsoon's Hendrik Jõgis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Monsoon from getting a goal against them. Ainar Nukki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 11th match minute, FC Darx was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ainar Nukki to maneuver through the defense. After 18 minutes, Eero Puusepp mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Monsoon and the FC Darx players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 18 played minutes Monsoon got a freekick which was hit by Eero Puusepp. Emil Indus charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emil Indus the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC Darx getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Emil Indus hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kert Rea during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 22nd match minute, Monsoon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kert Rea to maneuver through the defense. Hendrik Jõgis made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Ainar Nukki sent off a good shot on target. Kris Neumann's late challenge caught a Monsoon's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kris Neumann helped the player get up and apologised. Ainar Nukki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hendrik Jõgis having to interfere. Ainar Nukki in the 40thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hendrik Jõgis, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 43 played minutes FC Darx got a freekick which was hit by Edvin Taigur. Priidik Niit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kert Rea in the 45th minute of the match.

FC Darx's Alo Kesa was substituted for Kris Neumann. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kert Rea was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Ervin Rõõmussaar managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Darx's supporters rose to their feet, but Ervin Rõõmussaar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hendrik Jõgis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ainar Nukki in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hendrik Jõgis saved Monsoon from getting behind. Hendrik Jõgis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emil Indus went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 59th match minute, Monsoon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lennart Hirse to maneuver through the defense. FC Darx's Priidik Niit proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save FC Darx from getting a goal against them. Ainar Nukki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Darx's Andre Neemre was substituted for Raimond Paadam. FC Darx's Kuido Alekõrs was substituted for Ainar Nukki. In the 80th minute, Kuido Alekõrs left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Darx fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. A very good chance for a goal. 85 minutes into the match, Monsoon's goal looked a bit too open when Kuido Alekõrs came free, but Hendrik Jõgis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, FC Darx's Kuido Alekõrs sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hendrik Jõgis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Kuido Alekõrs's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hendrik Jõgis was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. There was no doubt that FC Darx were the better team. FC Darx's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
